App Store and Retail Version Differences

The Mac App Store (MAS) and Retail versions are for the most part identical. Due to Apples Sandbox restrictions there are still some differences in the MAS version:

The MAS version cannot support external diff- or mergetools
The MAS version cannot support custom hook execution
