Managing your subscription

Website subscriptions are managed through Paddle. Gitfox shows the Paddle management links that are attached to your active license.

Website subscriptions

  1. Open Gitfox → License....
  2. Check the Your License section.
  3. Click Update Subscription to change your Paddle payment method.
  4. Click Cancel next to the renewal date if you want to cancel your subscription.

Paddle also sends those links in the original purchase email.

Switching plans

Plan switching is not currently supported in Gitfox or through a Gitfox customer portal.

To change plans, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan. Your existing access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Canceling

For website subscriptions, use the Cancel button in Gitfox → License... when it is shown, or use the cancellation link from your Paddle purchase email.

After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current subscription period. After the subscription expires, Gitfox reverts to its unlicensed state.

For Mac App Store subscriptions, use Apple's subscription management page. In Gitfox, open Gitfox → License... and click Manage Subscription.
