Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, refund requests are reviewed case by case.

For website purchases, refunds are handled through Paddle. Use the links in your receipt or contact support with the purchase email address.

For Mac App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple through Apple's purchase and subscription support flow.
