Is the license per-user or per-Mac?
Per-user. A Pro license covers one person, not one device. Team plans cover the number of people using Gitfox in your organization.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, you can purchase a new license to keep using Gitfox. Your repositories are never touched.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Paddle. It supports cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Alipay, and wire transfers where available. Taxes are handled automatically for your region.
Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are handled through Paddle. Use the links in your receipt or visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund”. You can also contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll help process it.
